4. Special Orders
If an item is unavailable on our website, please contact us and we may be able to include it in our next supplier order, subject to availability.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to Mainland United Kingdom.
6. Delivery Services
We currently offer UK next day/2 day delivery services via Royal Mail and Parcelforce. All orders placed are sent tracked and delivery updates are provided.
Orders placed are prepared and shipped within 3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Saturday delivery services may also be available at checkout.
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, courier services are provided by third parties and delays may occasionally occur, especially at busy times.
7. Lost Parcels
If your order is reported as lost in transit, we may choose to send a replacement order before issuing a refund.
Replacement shipments may be sent using tracked delivery services.
8. Pre Orders
When placing a preorder, payment is taken at the time the order is placed in order to reserve stock.
You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any point before dispatch.
9. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If an order is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we may charge additional postage costs to resend the parcel.
Customers may alternatively choose to return the order under our standard Returns Policy where applicable.
11. Order Errors or Shortages
We work hard to ensure all orders are packed accurately.
If there is a problem with your order, including missing or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
Early reporting greatly improves our ability to investigate issues with couriers and warehouse records.
Where clear evidence shows an error has occurred, we will always work to resolve the issue fairly.
