You can return our products as long as the product is sealed, in the original packaging, in the same condition as you received it and unused/unopened, for up to 14 days after it is delivered to you.

We may ask for pictures to verify the condition of the product and that it matches the reason for the return request.

You will be responsible for postage costs and ensuring that the item reaches us in the same condition received if the return is for the following reasons:
-Unwanted Product
-Ordered by Mistake
-Found cheaper elsewhere
-Any other reason other than that which is the fault of Komodo Cards Ltd

Due to the nature and popularity of the products we sell, there is a very high risk of receiving counterfeit goods so we are unable to refund on any opened or tampered with products. If the item returned does not satisfy our requirements we will not accept it.

Once the product has been returned to us and we are satisfied with its condition, then we will issue a refund within 7 days

Also I cannot see how to add items to the “graded cards” section. It seems to always just add all products and obviously some are not relevant and incorrect for that section. Maybe there could be a fix for that?

Can we remove the ’10 quick tips’ box from the homepage as well as that doesn’t seem to lead anywhere

Finally can we completely remove the “All Pokemon Products” category please. I realised thats kind of pointless as all products are added as part of the other categories.
