Komodo Cards is a TCG online store based in Essex, England specialising in a variety of TCG products. We attend a number of card shows across the country. Follow us on Instagram to find out if we will be at a show near you!
I messaged you. When will I get a reply? We aim to reply to all queries within 24 hours. However we are a small family business so occasionally this might take slightly longer. Please bare with us during busy periods. We will get back to you as soon as possible 🙂
Disputes. Of course, we always strive to bring you the best products, service and communication. Should we fall short of this in any way, please get in touch so we can resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
Order undelivered. If your order hasn’t arrived by the predicted date please double check your order confirmation and tracking information. We aim to shipping orders within 2 days and tracking is provided. Sometimes orders get delayed in the postage system. At busy times such as around Christmas, shipping times may be longer so please leave plenty of time for your order to arrive.
I ordered something by mistake! If you made an accidental order please get in touch as soon as possible. If tracking has not yet been generated, we can cancel the order and refund you. If the item(s) have been dispatched and the order is still unwanted, then you will need to return them to us once they have been delivered to you. Please see our returns policy for more information.
Restocks. We are constantly trying to restock items, from single cards to booster boxes and more. Please check back regularly and follow us on Instagram to keep up to date of new arrivals
Our guarantee. All products classed as “sealed” will be factory sealed and sent to you in the same condition we received them
We will never tamper, reseal or interfere with ANY sealed products! We are avid collectors and have been victims of receiving resealed packs in the past. It’s not a nice feeling, and we certainly do not want this for our customers.
For single cards, these will be packaged carefully and shipped securely via tracked shipping.
